Built c.1761. John Adam. Elliptical span. Ashlar. Balustraded parapets, semi-circular recesses at ends. Oculi on spandrels. Pierced by vaulted passages; classical doorways with Roman Doric engaged columns, entablatures, and pediments; apsidal recesses within. Approach walls; square capped post. Also called Frew's Bridge (after name of contractor), formerly Scheduled Monument 3949, de-scheduled 20 January 2004. Category A Listed.
