NS 479 752. Shielings. Visited by staff of the Strathclyde Archaeology Service between 31 October 1993 and 31 October 1994. Full details are available in the Strathclyde Sites and Monuments Record.

NS 4788 7527, NS 4790 7526 and NS 4792 7524. Low stone walls <0.3m high, grass-covered with stones protruding. Possibly rounded corners. Three shielings noted within 50m of each other in the sheltered NE of the hill. Each about 3-4m long. To the NW, an earth and stone dyke leads away in a NW direction, with a fork breaking off to the NNW.

The map that accompanied the identification of these shielings also identified a number of earth and stone dykes on the slopes of Cochno Hill, to the south-east of the shielings.
