(NS 4037 8646) Round cairn of earth and stones, diameter c.23ft height c.3ft crowned by fallen and regrown silver birch. Found 14.4.52 Information from J G Scott to OS, 18 April 1952.
A circular cairn, bracken and turf covered, 8.2m diameter and 1.1m high; it is situated in an area of re-afforestation, and is apparently undisturbed.

NS 4043 8637 This cairn, which measures 7.5 m NE-SW, by 7.0 m NW-SE, is situated at the highest point on the western end of Black Hill. To be supplied by Field Surveyor.
